Content Removal Policy

Last Updated: November 2nd, 2026

Jask is dedicated to maintaining a platform that respects the rights of all individuals and complies with applicable laws. This Content Removal Policy describes the grounds on which content may be removed from the platform, the process for reporting content, and the procedures for review, appeals, and compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Grounds for Removal

Jask may remove or disable access to content that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to: content depicting or promoting illegal activity; content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; intimate images, or other content showing or identifying a person, shared without that person's consent; content involving minors in any capacity; harassment, threats, hate speech, or content intended to intimidate or harm others; fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content; spam or content created solely to manipulate platform systems; and any content that Jask reasonably determines poses a risk to user safety or platform integrity.

2. Reporting Content

Any user or third party may report content for removal by submitting a request to support@jask.co with the subject line "Content Removal Request." Your report should include your full name and contact information, a description of the content at issue and its location on the platform, the specific grounds for removal, and any supporting evidence or documentation. You may also use the reporting tools available on profiles and in Conversations. Jask accepts reports from both registered users and non-users who are affected by content hosted on the platform.

3. Review Process

Upon receiving a content removal request, Jask will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days. Our trust and safety team will review the reported content against our policies and applicable law. During the review, we may contact the reporting party for additional information or clarification. We may also notify the User who shared it that a report has been filed, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or endanger any individual. Jask aims to complete its review and take appropriate action within seven (7) business days of receiving a complete report. Requests to remove intimate images shared without consent are handled within forty-eight (48) hours, as described in our Complaints Policy. In cases requiring additional investigation, we will provide status updates to the reporting party.

4. Actions Taken

If Jask determines that content violates our policies or applicable law, we may take one or more of the following actions: removal of the content from the platform, disabling access to the content, issuing a warning to the User who shared it, suspending or terminating the account responsible for the content, reporting the content to law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate, and preserving evidence related to the content for legal or regulatory purposes.

5. Appeals

If your Content has been removed and you believe the removal was made in error, you may appeal as described in the Appeals section of our Complaints Policy.

6. Copyright (DMCA) Notices

Jask complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on Jask infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown notice to our designated agent as described in our DMCA Policy. The DMCA Policy lists everything your notice must include.

7. DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification as described in our DMCA Policy, including your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where you are located and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Jask will forward it to the original complainant and will restore the removed content within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action.

8. Designated DMCA Agent

DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our Copyright Compliance Department at dmca@jask.co or at the mailing address listed in our DMCA Policy.

9. Repeat Infringers

Jask maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the platform without further notice.
